I wonder how many told him,  early in his career, that he'd never make it -- that chefs are a dime a dozen. I bet a few, but now he's proved them all wrong. Feedback from fans claim he has high quality merchandise, but I've not tried it myself.

His cookware is the absolute best!  And his meats are top notch....at least the meat that I've bought.  Love Curtis!  And his products!

I have a set of his cookware that is the best but refuse to spend such a huge amount of money for meat---no way!!!!
