We use unsalted beef and chicken broth.  We try to cook with as little salt as possible.  Some of the stock we've seen is just loaded with salt.

I have a carton of Swanson unsalted chicken stock in my pantry right now, so I guess it's available if you look for it.

Better than Bullion is full of sodium.  Unsalted stock is so much better.
