my favorite english cheese is HUNTSMAN.....

it is a combination of double gloucester and stilton.

not great for cooking, but perfect on a charcuterie board.

@Sooner - Thanks. I will keep thinking about this, and when I make the recipe you all will know. With the substitutions I could be using Camembert twice, but I'm going to try something else. I might be ordering online if possible. Smiley Happy


@beach-mom Use anything that sounds good to you.  The important thing here is probably consistency more than taste exactly.  Use something that sounds good to you but melts or has similar texture.
