I can't find my current favorite bread.  It's Kroger's Private Selection Honey Oat,  Their other Private Selection varieties are in the store, but the Honey Oat has disappeared.  I hope they haven't discontinued it.  It always seems to disappear faster than the others.  Currently eating the Multigrain, which is pretty good, but it's got some sort of seed in it that I don't like the flavor of, caraway maybe?

We like the Rudi'a sandwich breads, especially the multigrain oat.  Nice texture, no holes, toasts well.  Not easy to find though.

I can't eat nothing with seeds in it and don't like that ol'

brown healthy bread. LOL

Had to give up stuff with any kind of nuts in it too like Snickers, etc. d*mn teeth break off and I'm on Fosamax

if a tooth has to be pulled they won't touch you for a month or two till they think Fosamax is out of your system then after the tooth is pulled you can't get back on fosamax for 3 months.

So, I just gave up on all nuts or anything that is to brittle, hard or might pose a tooth breaking off.

Got osteoporosis why I'm taking Fosamax.

Last time I fractured a tooth on a piece of pizza ! Couldn't be saved had to be jerked out.   Me and my sister both, yrs. ago broke off a tooth on McDonald's french fries!

I need pitbull teeth ! hhahahahhahah

@SharkE.  Bad teeth are definitely genetic.  My sister and I also have them, although we always had the best regular dental care, fluoride treatments, etc.

I pressure cook anything that I think may pose a problem meat related. Tx. meat is tough as shoe leather.

don't pressure cook minute steak or hamburger.

Any kind of thicker meat gets browned then pressured.

Thank God I prefer turkey and chicken more.

I'm wearing a 'flipper' when I leave the house. Big tooth was pulled and I didn't want to wait for implant just got a flipper tooth that you put up where the hole is then the wire holds it in.  At home I don't give a poop

It's on the side anyway just don't smile to wide. LOL

@SharkE We are Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves folk here.  Love the syrup around the cherries!  I put in yogurt for a treat.

Bread mostly comes from our Zojirushi 1 lb bread maker, or sometimes Daves bread--one of the ones with high fiber.  The Zo bread is whole wheat with a less then 1/4 cup white flour.

Publix Bakery: There's more choices including non seeded. My favorite pictured.

New seeded avocado also yummy. 😋
