Has anyone ever tried these?   They are a Brazilian cheese bread.  We had purchased a bag of them from Costco in February.   I had them in the freezer and thawed a couple of them out last evening and baked them in the oven.

While I won't say they were the worst thing I ever tasted, I can't say we loved them.  The outside of them was really tasty but the cheese in the middle was the consistency of a rubber ball. I admit I can be very picky about food but even my husband, who usually isn't picky about much food,  said they aren't the best are they?     I don't like to waste food, but I'm contemplating just tossing the rest of the bag into the trash.

I had looked at them for a while during our Costco trips and thought they sounded really tasty.   Some customers must like them because Costco has carried them for some time.   I love most bread and rolls and always one or the other with our dinner each evening.    It definitely won't ever be Brazi Bites again though.

@J Town Girl - The ones you can get in the freezer section really are only okay; if you ever get a chance to make or buy the real thing, you'll be in heaven!  Smiley Happy

I've bought a brand of these I like at Whole Foods and Sprouts, but recently I've been making my own and they are easy and delicious.  Since we don't eat traditional "bread" this fulfills that want.
