First thing I want to say is that I Love Bob's Pressure Cooker Book.

I do have a question about the Rice Pudding Recipe.

I realy want to make it & no one in my home likes Coconut, could you suggest what I could replace it with?

I love watching In the Kitchen with David and record all of them.
