Pressure cooker help!

Hi all, I hope you might be able to help me out! I just bought a new 5qt pressure cooker from Cooks Essentials and I love it. It came with cards that specify exactly what pressure to set the cooker and it is in kpas (this is the measurement). Today, I got Bob Warden's new pressure cooker cook book and the units are PSI's and all the recipes say HIGH or LOW for temperature and my pressure cooker doesn't have a high and low setting. This is making something that should be super easy complicated. I was hoping to actually try to reach David or Bob, but don't know how. Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
