Would love to see more shows and food items from Meredith - particularly the Rastelli Turkey Burgers which were excellent!

I watched you on ITKWD and bought a 6 quart pressure cooker and your cookbook.  Now I can't find a recipe to hard boiled eggs.  Please reply.  I also ordered the new inserts but have not received them yet.  Thanks

The hosts and vendors are not allowed to post on the board.

You might want to see if she has a blog here on the website, or maybe Facebook - something like that?  They used to have email addresses here for the hosts but I don't know about the ones who are vendors.

Hard boiled eggs in a pressure cooker?  That's a new one for me.

Try allrecipes.com.  I included raw eggs when I pressure cooked potatoes for a potato salad recipe.  Works fine.

I use the hard boiled egg recipe from Hip Pressure Cooking. I have the Instant Pot, and the eggs come out perfectly every time. I put them in a steamer basket, add one cup of water, cook on low pressure for 5 min., then leave on natural release for only 5 min. Release the rest of the pressure and open and place in ice water. The shell comes right off! I eat eggs in salad almost every day, and I don't use my old method of boiling them anymore.
