Baking with California Ranch EVO

I bought this to try as an alternative to other oils. So far so good. I have been using it when making homemade rolls. Have also used it in brownies. It's a plus since you use less oil. It does not have an olive oil taste in your finished product.

I wouldn't use Olive Oil in my cookie baking.. Butter all the way.

I use half crisco half butter when I make cookies. I would not use the olive oil for that.

I wanted to find another oil to use while baking breads, muffins etc. I was using Safflower oil but they don't carry it around her anymore. I don't want to use vegetable oil or Canola oil either.

The olive oil seems to be a healthier choice.
