Baking in the pressure cooker

Just purchased a pressure cooker.  Meredith's book says to wrap the cake batter pan in aluminum foil.  Can I add a layer of parchment paper under the foil?  I never use aluminum against food.

No,  the paper is exposed to heat,  water and steam.   It won't work.   The foil will not touch the food.   You wrap the outside of the pan in case it leaks.
