It can be found at Sprouts, Whole Foods, and on Amazon.  I don't consume oil or dairy; so this really makes my salads special. ( Sorry for the fuzzy picture...but you'll find it in a glass bottle with a dark pink label on the front.)  If you decide to buy, be sure it is the 4% Grand Reserve (they make another vinegar with a similar color label that is not the same).   I always have it on hand! I ordered this yesterday.They always say on cooking shows "use a good" whatever, but never say what a good is, so I'll try yours. Thanks It will be here tomorrow.

I purchased Balsamic Fig Vinegar from Trader Joe's... It is so good.....

Balsamic is used in a lot of salad dressings.  There's a resturant across from work that makes wonderful homemade Balsamic Raspberry Vinegarette.

Do no care for Balsamic in a lot of dishes because of the sweetness. Same with brown sugar. But I do love all types of vinegar, and have many, but like Balsamic on fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries....Just a slight drizzle...
