My KA is made in France. This one just says imported.

I purchased it in Watermelon. I have a KA kitchen and very pleased with quality. The 9 cup is fine for my family of 5. My children are in college so when they establish their own homes and it's just me and my DH, this will still be fine.

I also purchased the storage case because those blades are sharp.

I bought this KA processor a couple years ago. When I did, I gave my old KA processor to a step daughter.

I never warmed up to this new one. I gave it to another step daughter.

It spent a lot of time in the closet, just didn't use it much and like my older one much better.

I read some reviews on Amazon and there were quite a few that mentioned problems! I'm sticking with my trusty Cuisinart!

I received the KA-FP as a gift when it was a TSV in Jan. It is not cheaply made the discs are sturdy and very sharp and perform as shown on TV it really does slice french fries and a banana. Much better than the other brand we have. I really like it for my needs. Everyday HouseMom!
