Re: Anybody own

[ Edited ]

I got the Q on. Hopefully, they keep it Kitchen related and not lapse off on vacumn cleaners and wrench tools. I ordered a wrench tool and it's been in processing now for 5 days.

I'm putting out the word now order early ! Closer , we get to black Friday and Christmas. Madness begins!

Still love that pink mixer, but, remember, I ordered one, sent back, ordered replacement,  sent back. Had to forget it.

@SharkE: 😆 LOL: watching on line. Don’t get paid til next week and my “A” shopping cart 🛒  is filled with Christmas gifts. Sent several screen 📺 shots to DH so he will know what to order. I would like to look in local store to touch and feel cookware and bakeware before anything is ordered. I do not like the hassle of repacking stuff and return mail. Me repacking stuff is a Lucy & Ethel episode. Southern Bee

@SharkE: I worked for 23 years in a very stressful job with the state, had to disable retire at 45 received state disability retirement but even with some of my handicap issues still had to get a lawyer for social security disability but everything worked out and I count my blessings daily. Currently 64, work very slow, take a lot of breaks but determined not to set down and give up. Yep- have kitchen gadgets to help  but nothing like your beautiful set of red toys. Southern Bee

LOL!  "You're So Vain"  Love that song, you have to have a wee bit of it or everything goes to the dogs, right?  And I love this thread.

Jumping in here just to add that I, too, am an old school cook but will open a can to add to some creation.  My DH doesn't know his way around the kitchen but he will put clean dishes away, sometimes has to ask where something goes and I sometimes have to hunt where he stashed it.  He appreciates everything I make and always thanks me and expresses how lucky he is.  Sometimes pain gets in the way but moving with breaks works for me, just like Southern Bee.  We're like that frog that refuses to go down the egret's throat.  "Never give up!" BTW, in a nutshell, I'm an old happy, lib leaning, heathen. Smiley LOL

@Free2be:Come on in we’re playing a new game : jumpin😀. Your DH and mine must be brothers. I made a simple meal today that my Mother called “ meal in a dish” served with rolls on my fine China- paper plates. DH thanked me for the meal and lovingly proclaimed that he will wash the dishes. I already cleaned the kitchen when everything was in the oven. Now my recliner is calling me. Southern Bee
