We purchased a GE 4-door fridge last year and I love it! Top is fridge and the lower left is freezer. The bottom right compartment can be adjusted.
I think these 'quad' designs are becoming more popular.

Back in May and June I was torn as to which refrigerator I wanted to purchase. We narrowed it down to two separate models; one was the LG with the french doors and freezer on the bottom, and the other was the Samsung. After a lot of debating, we decided to go with the Samsung, and could not be happier.
Not only is it very spacious (31.5), it is well lit inside, and makes TWO different sizes of ice cubes. The fridge itself is very quiet, and keeps things perfectly cold.
When we were purchasing it, we spoke with a guy who had been selling and repairing refrigerators for the last 30 years. He told us that regardless of whichever model we decided on, the appliances are not made to last more than 7-10 years. We have several LG products in our home, but are thrilled with this Samsung which gave us a little more room inside, more light, and two sizes of ice cubes.
I hope this helps a little bit. Good luck with your choice

Stay away from Samsung IMO. Bought frenchdoor 3 years ago has been nothing but problems. Ice maker went in 3 months, condenser broke at 6 months and more small issues.
I don't have any other recommendations @Sooner
I know soon I'll be looking for a new one🤦♀️

@homedecor1 Yikes! And thanks. We need a new mattress too, and both are things I don't want to deal with!

@Sooner totally hijacking this thread, but you might consider a little known mattress company called Southerland. They are sold in independent mattress shops. They are made right here in the US and have a 12-year non-prorated warranty. I had to go through the dreaded experience of finding a new mattress 2 years ago and had it narrowed down to a Beautyrest and the Southerland mattress I ultimately chose. What swung me toward the Southerland was the fact that the owner of the store had a Southerland. Considering the owner could have any mattress she wanted, well, I was sold. I have been so happy with it! I bought an adjustable base with it and would never have another mattress without one.
I start out sleeping on my back but always end up on my side. I wanted a hybrid mattress, and the one I purchased checked all the boxes. Here is the one I bought--the Tobert--and the website to read about the mattresses and company is www. southerlandsleep. com.

@Ainhisg Thanks for the suggestion! I will look into it for sure. You aren't hijacking--we are just extending a discussion! Mattress, fridge--all things hard to buy now!

I stick to buying the basic freezer on top models of GE and Whirlpool; no ice maker due to water issues.
We just bought a new Simmons mattress in July; it's flippable, which is what sold me. My husband and I are not tall people, so the height of the new mattresses and box springs is an issue for me. Thankfully, with this mattress I had the option of buying a low profile box spring which keeps the height at what I'm used to and kept me from needing a step stool to climb into bed!

@haddon9 wrote:I have an LG French door which is okay but I made sure to buy a counter depth one. I hate how so many stick way out beyond the counters.
Yes it's a bit smaller but we also have a full sized fridge and a chest freezer in the garage.
Mine is too. One reason mine is smaller than the humongous one in the laundry room, outdoors is because we have a drop-in stove and when we bought it to replace the other one, our counters had to be cut down by 1/16-inch. That was very expensive. Then didn't want to get a fridge where the counters might require cutting down again in order to fit it in so it is somewhat smaller, but not by much and the others compensate for its smaller size.
