Re: Aldis & avoiding 25 cent germs

@queendiva

THANK YOU for the tote tip!💕.  I really need to make an Aldi run and have been scared to do it. I have been ordering on line from Walmart and then just using curbside pick up.   I will use your tip of using a laundry basket as I have one that is a rectangle shape and will be perfect!  I will not have to stay in the store packing my bags.  I can just get in and get out faster!

I just may make my trip there tomorrow, with my Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer, of course!😉

I think Aldi's has a great process with the quarter for their carts -- it's great knowing that my car isn't going to get dinged by a rolling cart.

I return the cart without locking it. There are others who shop there who need the quarter more than me.

We don’t have Aldi’s in this area of WV, but retrieving a quarter deposit for my cart would not stir up this much anxiety for me.

I retired from years of working in a hospital, so I am always cautious of germs and bacteria.  But I am not going to develop  paranoia.   The virus is spreading thru WV, but it is not around me as yet.

Thankfully rural areas are not as affected so far. Lets hope it stays that way.  My dear departed Uncle always said country living was the best living. West Virginia is a beautiful state.  God Bless it.  I am reminded of that John Denver song "Country Roads".
