HoneyBrown - let me know how the crab legs taste.

Every so often, Aldi's offers Maine lobster tails at a reasonable price and they are wonderful!

Thanks!

mtc, I will definitely check the circular for the coupon!  Thanks for telling me about it because I  look at the circulars electronically.

deniseb, we are cracking the crab legs tonight during the game.  I will definitely report back!

36 k-cups for $14.  Awesome price; 4 types of k-cups, 9 of each: Peruvian, Brazilian, Costa Rican and Ethiopian.  I drank the first two this morning and am quite pleased.  I'm going to be wired all day.

HB, I have to laugh.  I questioned the checker/I believe manager of the store about the Cooker Butter and she was completely confused but two of the people behind me knew exactly what I was talking about and LOVE the cooker butter from TJ's . . . all of us had a lovely little chuckle over it!

Just went to Aldi's again Tues. They had some Italian Ice Cream Cups. YUM!!! I bought the chocolate & the lemon. They also had I think it was called Black Forrest. The chocolate & lemon were really good. If you like lemon you will like this. It was really lemony. I doubt DH will like it. He loves their Kitchen Sink Cookies. I love their square sourdough bread.

OMG! I tried the chocolate, and it was fabulous! I also liked that they come in a single serving size. They showed up in our Aldi about three weeks ago. I went back to get more, but they were long gone. Checked a larger Aldi store last week and was able to buy the very last one, the Black Forest, which was delicious. This is an item I hope they bring back in the future. They are imported from Italy.

Hubby hung out with his football friends on Sunday, so I ate some crab legs.  They were frozen, so I steamed them in a wok and sprinkled Old Bay on the meat.  They were very sweet and meaty.  They pulled out by the chunk and cracked easily by hand.

mtc, hubby asked me to hide his Cookie Butter.  I hid it underneath the kale and collards in the fridge.

I saw a guy who invented a lock for his Nutella . . . if I can find it I'll post a picture here.  The Cookie Butter was the first thing I thought of!  And great hiding place, that would be the absolute last place I would look for Cookie Butter . . . Smiley Happy

Speaking of which, still no Cookie Butter at Aldi's.  Maybe it's a regional thing and it still hasn't hit my area . . . sigh . . . Smiley Happy

mtc I love it!  Last month, they sold 1,000 of them on eBay!

I didn't make it to Aldi's today.  I'm definitely going tomorrow.  I need a little chicken and some pork chops.  I really like their BBQ Corn Cips, but I'll save those for the weekend.

Ok, now I'm angry . . . you have BBQ Corn Chips? . . . my absolute favorite vice? . . . that's it, I'm moving to the East Coast.  Between this and being close to a Wegman's my decision is final!

mtc, yeah...BBQ Corn Chips.  And they are dangerous!

To me, they taste better than Fritos!  They have a slightly grittier texture and a milder BBQ flavor.

I live between two Wegman's stores.  Would you believe they are not a store I frequent?  The last time I went was over a year ago.  I love the produce displays, as well as the meat and seafood selection.

I didn't make it to Aldi's today.  I went to BJ's instead.  Aldi's is saved for Sunday!

Wegman's . . . tee hee . . . we have a Wegman's wanna be by me (love the store, not so much the prices but I do shop their sales) . . . bought a ton of their home made salads for the weekend and threw in a loaf of their french bread because I never tried it before.

Have a great Labor Day weekend HoneyBrown and everyone on this thread!
