Well, I just ordered this cookbook even though I don't have an air fryer.  I made room for one in my pantry by returning the wonder pot.

 

I was looking for the CE 3.5 qt air fryer, but could not find it.  I wonder how it works.  Can someone enlighten me?  There is one from NuWave, but no reviews.

@CLEM Emeril will be providing the TSV for Wednesday of this week (the 17th)  which will be his 3.5 qt. air fryer.  It's a great price and free s&h.

I was reading reviews for his and it is like most.  Some like it and some don't.
