I've been thinking of getting a air fryer. My favorite dish to make is eggplant parm, but I hate using all that oil. Has anyone tried this? and if so, how did it come out?

I bought the TSV for my mother.  She loves it.  I've only seen good reviews on it.

I don't have a use for one. If it takes off in popularity, I imagine that Ninja/Shark guy will put out an improved design.

If you use like a breadcrumb type breading and just spritz it with a little bit of olive oil I think you'd be really pleased.

That's what I do. I bought a spray can of olive oil & a spray can of coconut oil that is just the oil with no propellants.

Hi January, I did not notice a coconut flavor. I bought this at the Wal-Mart Market.

Saw David;s show today about the Air Fryer and need to know where I can get the pan that was used to make the bicut or muffins in. It was a roundpan.

You can use any pan that you can use in your conventional oven-there's no magic. Wal-Mart or Target should have what you want.

@iasilverdale Meredith said you can use any pan that can go into the regular oven in the Air Fryer. No need for special pans.

I bought a set of Toaster oven pans on Wal-Mart a few months ago that was an 8 piece BakerEze non-stick set and all those pans fit in my Ninja 4-in-1. The pans should be small enough for this air fryer.

Personal BakerEze bakeware set includes:
7.7" personal-size pizza pans (2)
8.5" x 6.5" personal-size cookie sheet (1)
8.5"x 6.5" personal-size broiling/cookie sheet (1)
Rack for the cookie sheet (1)
8.5" x 6.5" personal-size baking/roasting pan (1)
8.5" x 6.5" personal-size "Fat Away" baking/broiling pan (1)
Professional heavyweight steel construction ensures even heating
DuraGlide PLUS nonstick finish makes cleanup a cinch
Steel, nonstick bakeware set fits most toaster ovens
Dishwasher safe

I hope this helps. Check Air Fryer dimensions.
