I have a Ninja 6 in 1 dual basket and also a Gourmia that I bought for cheap and have ended up using the Gourmia all the time. Works great! I think you'll be happy with it, especially at that price. Woman Wink

BTW I also bought this 8" ceramic bowl insert from Amazon for around $20 so I never have to clean the basket/bottom of the fryer. I worried about air movement, etc. but it does have raised/deep grooves on the bottom and everything cooks great. It holds way more than it looks and when you're done you just throw the ceramic insert in the dishwasher:

If you want to see the liner being used (in a Consori airfryer) on some salmon with sticky honey to see how it works check youtube for a video titled:

I noticed the lady reviewing it did not spray the insert with non-stick spray before using but I always do. My insert still looks brand new too.

Yeah, I've read dozens of Gourmia air fryer reviews and they're about as good as any others. The "normal" price for this fryer is reportedly $89.99 so at $35, it's hard to beat. There are no reviews for this specific model, as it's a unique one for Black Friday, but I would assume similar performance from it. It's hot air and a fan. How far wrong could they go? It looks like it does everything I need one to do, so why not give it a try. If it's not good, it was a small expense. If it's good, fantastic! I saved a lot of money.

I'd like to find a cookie sheet of some sort to use in it for baking stuff. A muffin tin that holds six muffin cups would be nice also. Once I get it and measure the drawer size I can start shopping for those. If I can use it in place of the big oven for smaller bakes, it'll pay for itself in the electric savings.

We upgraded our air fryer a couple of years ago to Breville convection/air fryer ($350-400). Nothing compares and it cooks everything. We use it almost nightly; highly recommend!
