Advance Order

I ordered the new Lock & Lock two piece glass set, K45050, yesterday morning and checked last night and it said the order was "In Process". This morning it says "Advance Order". Checked the item and no where does it say that any of the colors sold out and are on "Advance Order". Shows they are all "In Stock." Customer Service has no clue why. Anybody else buy this item and have this happen? Thanks for any replys.

@emawmaI don't know if you already have any of these glass pieces, but be warned they are very heavy and very deep. I was looking forward to using them but have not yet found a way. I am afraid to pick them up by the handle because of their weight.

I cancelled when I saw it go into Advance Order. Don't know what the situation was because no mention of this status on air or in description.

I haven't canceled my order but did find out that the new EDD is February 1st. Want it enough I guess to wait a few more days. I don't buy much from QVC anymore but I have been trying to change over from plastic to glass Lock & Lock. This should be the last.

I pick mine up by the handle to carry it and none of them have hit the floor yet. The ones that don't have a handle I carry with pot holders if they are hot. Not a problem.
