Don't own a Rangemate, but I have made frozen pot stickers before. What I do is put a little oil in a non-stick pan. Place them flat side down and cook them until the bottoms are browned. When that happens, then put enough water in the pan just to cover the bottom. Cover the pan and let the pot stickers steam until the water is gone. When the dough of the pot stickers is soft, they're done. Use soy sauce or a dipping sauce to serve with them.

Well, if it doesn't have to be with this Rangemate (don't know what that is - sorry), you can easily do them in a sauté pan.
I just heat up the pan on medium. Add a little oil. Put them in flat side down and spread out. Let them get a little brown on bottom. Then I add a little bit of water and put the lid on the pan so that they steam out a bit, then let them finish browning (still all on medium heat) and they're done.

Did you contact Rangemate and ask them? I posted a link in your last thread. Here it is again. Call them.

Hi Christine - Sorry if I did not give enough info so here goes :-)
Put a little oil in the bottom of the Rangemate (about 3/4 teaspoon)
Referring to the instructions on the potsticker bag bought from QVC - place 10 potstickers single layer
in Rangemate. Set the microwave for 2 mins to cook on High - Turn them over and cook
another 2 mins. Did not add anymore oil after turning. If they are not as brown as you like cook a little longer adding about 20 to 30 seconds more. Your microwave may be different wattage but do not worry check after cooking to see if they are as done as you like.
As someone else said about adding a little water to a pan to give a steaming effect - that
I have not tried that with the Rangemate. As with learning any new appliance there is a learning curve don't give up cooking in the Rangemate. We have also tried chicken breast and small steaks as there is only 2 of us at home now and they came out fork cutting tender.
Please let me know if this helps :-)
