@SilleeMee.  Is it a Mexican specialty product?  I've never seen it or heard of it.

It's says on the can "Product of Mexico". Someone said you can find it in the ethnic food section at Walmart. I've never looked for it there. I usually just order it from Walmart dot com and pick it up there.Smiley Happy

I keep a half gallon of skim or 1% milk on hand for occasional bowls of cereal and the rare times I want to drink it, typically when I make "breakfast for dinner"—anything thicker often triggers my gag reflex because I have issues with viscous textures. I also generally have a quart of whole milk on hand for baking purposes and a quart of cream for baking and/or sauce making. I do not like the taste of nut milks, so my only shelf-stable option is evaporated milk, which I really only use for baking if necessary (and I have recently been exploring DIY oat milk).

Whenever this topic arises, I always find it interesting how many people were not brought up drinking milk; I rarely drink it as an adult, but as a child and teen, there was a ton of milk in the house and my siblings and I drank it almost daily if not daily.

I’m a big milk drinker of Fairlife whole milk.  It’s the best milk out there, IMO.  Their chocolate is fantastic too, it’s 2%.  Their milk stays fresh super long.  It’s not cheap so I stock up when it’s on sale.

I love milk.  I'd rather drink milk than alcohol.  I tend to drink 2% organic milk by the gallon.  1 to 2 gallons a week is usual unless I'm sick and can't drink it due to congestion.  The organic milk is in an opaque container so it keeps way longer than regular milk and tastes way better.  I feel the whole see-through container is a way to get people to buy more milk because it spoils quicker.

Why You Should Stop Consuming Milk and Dairy Now..

1. We seem to be the only species that drink milk after infancy, and definitely the only species that drinks another’s species milk..

2. Milk contains an acidic animal protein that leeches calcium from the bones, pus cells, bovine growth hormone, feces, antibiotics and a whole lot of unnecessary fat cholesterol and calories.  This creates a terrible imbalance in the body.

3. Milk and dairy are pro-inflammatory and mucus producing.  It has been linked to arthritis, respiratory conditions and allergies.

4. Last but not least... the dairy industry might the the CRUELEST type of factory farming, even worse than the horrors of the meat factory farming industry.

I am am not going to go into to details any further, as all this information is available from credible sources.  I am just hoping even one person will read this post and do their own research.  And PLEASE STOP  consuming dairy.  For your health, for the animals, and for the planet.

Fairlife is the BEST milk. I drink the fat free and love it. I also like the fact that the amount of sugar is lower than all other brands.

I can't even remember when I drank a glass of milk. has to have chocolate syrup (tons) hate milk never ate cereal with milk just snacked on dry cereal. I know I am strange, so instead of milk I love cheese. I do use a small amount of milk in my coffee. DH doesn't even drink a glass of milk, we do buy 2% for our coffee or if I need it for cooking. Rather eat cheese. Cheese is way more fun than a glass of milk. LOL

I'm not a milk drinker but on the few occasion I buy it, it is 2%.  I only use milk for the very rare times I eat cereal or make mashed potatoes or potato soup.
