Paula Deen was on the "E" network The Sizzle show Sunday morning with her two sons and presented her Pressure Oven.

It looks similar to WP's oven and does the same thing.  Since it is new, the price was marked down to $189 and on 5 or 6 payments.

Did anyone else see this?  The demo of the food with Deb Murray was not very professional (too much use of her hands when carving meat) but the food looked good.  Does anyone have the Deen Bros. cookware?

I watched the demo of Paula Deen’s pressure oven more than once; Was impressed and ordered it.  When i received it after waiting a very long time, it arrived damaged due to faulty packing. I returned it immediately at no cost to me...and am now waiting for my exchange request to be sent.  My doctor recommended that I buy one as I need to eat soft food; Especially meat.  The other pressure oven by WP has too many glitches to the extent that it has been discontinued for sale by Bed Bath and Beyond, Plus too many negative reviews. You can’t go wrong by trying this Paula Deen pressure oven as you have till 1-31-2018 to return . Also no tax plus monthly payments.

@sunsation  Please let us know when you get your replacement.  Enjoy!  I've watched the presentations on this pressure oven, and was impressed.  It looks like a great option for when our old thrift store DeLonghi toaster oven finally dies.  Can't afford the PD oven right now, but would love to consider it, if it's still available later on.

If your doctor "recommended that I buy one as I need to eat soft food; Especially meat", why don't you purchase an electric pressure cooker? It will do a much better job creating soft food and all kinds of other fabulous food. Any brand will work, but I believe an Instant Pot to be a superior product. Watch for Black Friday. Don't know for certain, but it's VERY LIKELY that Instant Pot will be offering one of its Instant Pot models at a very good price.

Please can anyone tell meif the start/cancel light on the paula deen pressure oven model #kc2601 is to blink continously when the oven is not on? this continuous blinking is getting nerve wrecking,  If not how do I turn it off?

@leon1111..................this thread is almost a year old.  It would be best if you started a new one so you will get some good, recent responses.

I have the paula deen pressure oven and the wolfgang puck pressure oven and find that the Paula Deen oven is sub par.  there is no indication of seal or venton the pressure valve and it took me 1.5 hours on roast to cook a 4 lb chicken.the same size in the WP pressure oven a total of 35 min.

It is also made of alot of plastic and smaller and I cannot fit a 12 lb turkey in it.  I can fit a 14 lb turkey in the wp oven.

Your choice , you decide. My presference is for WP.
