Chips and everyone who thanked me for this info, you are very welcome. It just seemed like something I needed and wanted to share. Now, if anyone makes this mix and uses it, I hope they will come back here and tell us. Blessings.

GrannyDea, the dry container has an entirely different blade in it than the wet container-but it all depends on what you want to do. I really enjoy milling my own flours and it's worth it for me to have it.
