Thanks for the great idea, Terrier. I love Apple/cinnamon flavored anything. This would make a great cake with streusel topping.

PoodlePet--I have a bottle of the boiled cider from King Arthur's and used just a little of it.That has been about a year ago. Do you think it is still good--I've kept it in the frig.

Great tip. I had a neighbor that would use Sprite in cakes instead of water. She raved about it though I never tried it.
