David spoke about a 5 min mac and cheese recipe today during the instapot session. He showed one that they made in the studio. Where can I find that recipe?

Don't know where the recipe is that David mentioned, but here is the recipe Lisa Brady demonstrated today. Do note if you try it that it cooks for 6 minutes rather than 5.
Macaroni and Cheese PC - Brady
16 oz of dry macaroni
4 cups of chicken stock or water
2 C. of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 C. of grated Colby jack cheese
½ Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 C. of cream cheese
Salt if needed
4. Add cheeses and stir. Add a bit of salt if you think it needs it. Stir again and serve.

Here's one from David. Don't know if it's the one you are looking for or not.
Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese, David Venable
Place the water and macaroni in a pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place and cook on high for 5 minutes.
While the macaroni is cooking, combine the evaporated milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper, onion powder, and mustard in a small bowl. When the pressure cooker has finished, quick-release the pressure and carefully remove the lid. Stir the macaroni to break it up, and then add the evaporated milk mixture, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, and cream cheese. Set the pressure cooker to the brown setting and stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese has melted.
Cook's Notes: This classic mac and cheese is ready for your favorite add-ins. Think crumbled bacon, pre-cooked ham or chicken, even tomatoes or blanched veggies. Just stir-in at the end.

- Add dry macaroni to pot, then add stock and give it a little stir.
- Put lid on pot, cook 6 minutes under high pressure turning off Keep Warm before pressure cooking it.
- When pressure cooking is finished, turn off Instant Pot and do a QPR. There will be no more liquid in the pot.
4. Add cheeses and stir. Add a bit of salt if you think it needs it. Stir again and serve.
Thanks for posting sounds better then the one I posted.

@Nightowlz, I've been reading intructions and don't understand:"keep warm before pressure cooking". I feel dumb but just can't understand what you're supposed to do.

@eddyandme If you watch the video, Lisa Brady makes the 6 minute Mac n' Cheese and walks you through it step by step.
1. Press Pressure Cook Button
2. Press Pressure Level Button - set to High
3. Toggle time down to 6 minutes (press the Minus button on machine until it is at 6)
4. Press Keep Warm Button - this turns OFF Keep Warm as it is programmed to automatically be on. You don't need the machine to go into the keep warm function for making 6 minute Mac n' Cheese.
Hope this makes sense.

Gotcha, thank you @MezzieStarr ! (I didn't realize keep warm was automatic.)

I just can't comprehend any sort of macaroni getting done this fast. Someone please make this and report back.

I've been making pasta dishes in my pressure cooker for several years. I use 100% whole wheat macaroni, rotini, etc., and throw everything into the pot at once. Not counting the pressure building and the pressure release, it thoroughly cooks in 4 minutes on the low pressure setting.
