I purchased the item below and they are the best paring knives I've ever used. No, I did not need 4 and no I did not want colorful knives. BUT, after searching for a serrated paring knife, these had the best reviews and I ordered them. I have not regretted the purchase at all. They are very sharp and I actually like the bright color because I find them quickly in the knife drawer. Smiley Happy

Cutco. Expensive but worth it. You'll never have to replace it (unless of course you lose it).

@kate2357 We have those without the serrations and use them every day.  Great buy!  No home should be without them even if you have the expensive paring knives to boot!

I have the below set. The peeler has a serrated blade. We also have the 10" & 12" granton edge slicing knives, boning knife, chef knife, more paring knives & steak knives. We received the steak knives as a gift. We decided to buy some more pieces.
