Thank you, they're great!  I'll have to try the ice cube idea.  I don't know about the cherry tomato slicing en masse though!

@ValuSkr isn't that a great idea?  Actually the first time I saw it was on Rachael Ray and she gave credit to one of her behind the scenes folks that help prep the food.  They actually used two lids from say a large sour cream container . . . genius!  Smiley Happy

Did anyone else read that last part and think it sounded like they wanted you to drop a pair of eyeballs in a glass of water to check their freshness? Just me?
