I never use the same spaghetti sauce recipe twice......I just throw in ingredients.......
This last batch that I made, I used a couple of pounds of ground beef, and 1 lb of Jimmy Dean Italian sausage, and then I used a couple of packs of spaghetti sauce seasoning, and a couple of cans of mushrooms, and just an amount of roughly chopped black and green olives, and a couple of cans of beef broth, and 2 cans of tomato paste, and a lot of seasonings, like Lawry's salt, a sprinkling of smoked paprika, and taco seasoning, and Penzy's Arizona Dreaming, some garlic, and some Mr T's hot and spice bloody mary mix, , and some Cayenne seasoning, and some chopped onions.......I do not like whole tomatoes in my sauce.......just me.........and I browned everything in my Versacooker, and then set it to the 4 hour setting on high, slow cooker mode,and then it goes to a keep warm mode, so all of the flavors meld together.........I just add what I have available at the time.......This was wonderful...........I used thin spaghetti, instead of regular spaghetti.........
