Bought Bison Online and It's Really Good

I just could not find bison in my town, so went online. Found Tropical Traditions, a WI co. and the animals are grass fed in my state. Is expensive, but the ground bison is great, tho very lean and a learninig curve. Shipped fast and plenty of dry ice and packages were rock hard frozen. I wish I had ordered their grass fed lamb. Probably next order.
