I wonder why the hosts who present steel by design jewelry always stress that steel is scratch resistant. it's not! if you google steel jewelry, it says that it CAN get scratched and tells you how to remove them. I recently purchased a SBD necklace with a heart pendant and the pendant had many tiny scratches on the highly polished backside. thank goodness it was on the backside! get your information correct qvc. it's deceiving.
