@Another new name Sue, take a look at the wedding bands on Sarraf dot com.  Reasonable prices for solid, weighty gold wedding rings.  We purchased my DH's wedding band from them and are very pleased.  I think the rings that you linked to will be lightweight and won't hold up to the everyday wear.  Sarraf has some lovely patterned rings in their Handmade Wedding Band section.
