@H2OSkiGirl Surprised a reputable jeweler (not a chain store) is not able to replace your battery. I own several Vicence watches and have never had any problems having the batteries changes by by local GIA jewelers. They have the knowledge and tools to do so in a couple of minutes and will do a quick clean, as well. Good luck!

A good repair jeweler is a tresure to be cherished. I also had problems getting a battery changed because I'm in a small town. The third one I tried could help me and I switched all jewelry work to them. This wasn't an expensive watch, either. I have never paid more than 200.00 for a watch.
