Am learning a lot about turquoise and thoroughly loving the pictures. Haca, I also bought Tenorio's turtle from CP's site. So beautiful! I had never seen it before, anywhere, and it didn't last long. Feel very fortunate to have quite a few of RT's pieces since I'm fairly new to CP and related artists.

Not a great pic - CP carved turquoise naja necklace and coil - the ring was made by a Navajo woman many years ago - I have her name written down somewhere and of course, I can't find it right now. I even have a picture of her from way back - probably the 30's. Her son and grandson still design and make jewelry.

Chaco Canyon Southwest Sleeping Beauty Turquoise SterliMy third Chaco Canyon ... can you tell I'm a fan? Smile

SoX, Do you know that your bracelet is Zuni petite point? I was looking at some pictures of old jewelry today. They had large pieces with stones half the size of those in your bracelet. I don't know how they do it.

Kachina I can't find your post about Larimar to quote it, I wanted to say your pieces are beautiful. I love Larimar also, but due to theft no longer own any. One thing I was told in the 70's when I purchased mine was Larimar is photosensitive and can fade over time if exposed to too much light and heat, I always stored mine in a pretty box to protect it.

Thanks Kathy. I didn't know that about Larimar but mine has a cozy home in a box in a drawer. I lost a lot of jewelry in a burglary when I was in Houston, including my first "good" turquoise ring.

Love your turtle! Haca, we all love big pics so don't worry about it. In fact, I'm posting some now . . have no idea how big they'll be lol. Here are a few of my most favorite enhancers:

Kingman blue/green cluster enhancer and ring

Tempting Teal Star - check out that turq! The center and outer stones are apatite and the other stones are grey MOP:

Jugsie, I love these pieces. Those beads were a great investment because they make everything look so good. I bet your najas look great on them too.

SANNA, Did you get your pictures uploaded to Photobucket? That's the first and hardest step. You can experiment on here with the rest.
