I am very disappointed in the quality of the earrings I have purchased on QVC. The posts of three different earrings have come off or wont clasp.  Too bad because I really liked all three pair.

I keep asking people if they know how QC works when they complain and nobody replies.

@Group 5 minus 1  Most of the time QC is not much different than CS. There is an assortment of appropriate email responses depending on the type of complaint. Very little is actually taken care of or changed.

@Calcgirl  As a customer, I’d be put off, too. As a jewelry designer/maker, I make darn sure all working parts are indeed working and soldered posts and clips are tight and filed smoothe. Too many mistakes and no repeat business. That’s my advice: Burned once, shame on them...burned twice or 3 times, shame on you...
