I ordered (on 12-31-11) some jewelry items...all were delivered except one...(EDD was 1-9-11)...I feel pretty sure it is lost in the mail...

I called c.s. about it yesterday...they told me to wait til the 15th (Sun) til they could take any action...!

Is this normal? I told her all other items (on the same order!) were delivered already with no problem, (and no delay!)

I don't like my credit card being charged, and I have nothing to show for it! Then being told I can't do anything about it til next week?!

This will be my last order from the 'Q'...my credit card will be much happier...!!

Has anyone else had any problems with items not being delivered??
