Ok, so bare with me on this because even though I'm a QVC watcher and fan, I'm not sure about all the jewelry stuff. My mother is very much into QVC and the jewelry and she told me that she ordered a Vicenza necklace and a ring (this was back in Nov) and that for some reason there was a problem and therefore a hold up on delivering it. Well, she got the necklace and told me it's absolutely beautiful and just like she pictured it and how it was displayed. Well, then I guess she got the ring later and it was not a Vicenza but an Eternagold and that she is hugely disappointed because it's just not the quality, beauty or anything, and she just kept telling me that it's a sore subject, etc....I'm like why didn't you return it then? She's older and I know just has a hard time doing stuff like this, so I'm going to help her return it...I mean it was $150, I'm like...return it!! My question to those of you that know about this....does anyone know about the problem I mentioned? Any insight at all on it? I told her to write a note displaying her dissatisfaction and that she has until Jan 31 to return it and that there shouldn't be a problem. She thinks they were being dishonest by sending Eternagold rather than Vicenza. I have to be honest I simply don't know about all this, but any information might help me understand????
