I ordered the 14k gold solid gold bangle in size average on Klondike gold rush day. Weights 32.7 grams of gold, at a one day only price of $1399.00 I received my package via UPS yesterday. I was so excited to open it as it was a special gift from my husband and has all 5 star reviews. When I opened the pouch, it contained a pair of thin gold hoop earrings. My husband and I were so upset and I immediately called QVC customer service, and asked to speak to a supervisor. Well, I was on hold 20 minutes and then the supervisor came on the line to say that is a waitlist item and it may or may not come back in stock. There was nothing she could do to help. I am really sickened from this experience and hope the bracelet comes back in stock. I asked whathappens when people return their order because they changed their mind, who gets first chance to receive on waitlist? I was told returns are processed differently and that it wouldn't be a return sent to me but new from the manufacturer.? Huh? So they don't resell returned jewelry? I'm sorry, but I read a review posted on the large bangle where a customer returned theirs due to bad safety clasp and scratches and another reviewer stated she must have gotten the one the other customer sent back. Very disgusted at this point😤

I am sorry this happened to you. Be sure to check that you are not charged to return the earrings you were sent in error.
Sadly, these shipping errors are becoming all too common from QVC.

@Nike13 WOW, that is disappointing! To spend that much and then get the wrong thing! QVC really owes you an apology BIG TIME. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH MISTAKES. NONE!

I hope you will somehow be able to get it. I own the solid smaller version and I love it. It's weighty and very comfortable

@Nike13 I'm sure what you read in the reviews was "a joke". There are many times I make a reference to something I read previously and say "they must of sent theirs to me" or something like that.
From what I understand the Q is just the "producer" of the show and the inventory being sold is not their purchased stocked inventory. Your name and item number/description is actually sent to an outside firm for shipping, that's for one day and one day only and that's all the Q contracted them for.
There are no replacements.
I don't understand though how a guy where's a gold bangle, never saw that before, A chain bracelet but not a bangle.
