MD Ring, J149227 Question

I am curious if anyone has this ring and because of the shank not being so large, did you size up or stay true. I am thinking I want to wear this on my ring finger so I will order a size 5. Then again, I may go up a size so I can wear it on my middle finger. If anyone has this, suggestions would be appreciated. tia take care tawny
