Just had to start a new topic. Judith Ripka's jewelry is solid .925 sterling silver. It is not plated in any way. Now, where you may sometimes see, on the Q, the yellow metals on some of her pieces, it is gold clad, but other than that, it is not plated with rodium or any other platings as such. Have been in touch with QVC customer service and they have instructed me, that my info is true and accurate. Judith Ripka QVC jewelry is not plated!! Had a disagreement with someone a while ago about this matter. Just wanted to reinter the fact that my advise is correct and I am not insane lol. I know what I am talking about. Now if ya wanna go and take a trip to NY and visit her store there, you CAN AND WILL see some awesome awesome jewelry in her line that is top notch and IS NOT EVEN STERLING it is all very very high end gold and platinums all the way. Not saying she doesn't have any sterling in her store, but she is a top notch designer and this is why her sterling DOES NOT tarnish as fast. QVC told me this just a while ago!!!! I know everyone is intitled to their own opinion, but this is not my opinion this is just the true facts of her line of jewelry items sold at the Q!!! Have a great day and God bless!!!! ![]()
