For those who enjoy larimar and gems en vogue.  TSV is larimar pendant on a strand of white coral.  Enjoy.

@sunshine 919 I love Larimar... almost as much as turquoise but it has to be outstanding quality.  That's clear sky blue with no greenish tint to it, and I prefer the type that looks like the sunlight pattern on the underwater sand in the Caribbean.

I think I have all I need but I'll take a look at what Michael has.

Ok, Michael's Larimar is not what it should be. All of the pieces have slight greenish tone. TSV is huge to the point of ugly, imo. The bracelet has very pale stones, almost whitish, foamy color.

But they say it is quickly disappearing, I guess people buy anything. So  I obviously pass!

Larimar is a favorite of mine but quite truthfully, I can get nicer jewelry from eBay.

I've never said this before about Michael's jewelry but that gold around the Larimar looks so wrong.  It draws attention from the stone.  Larimar screams to be set in a more weighty silver setting.  It would really bother me.

@sunshine 919  Doing well here; how are you?

@wishmoon  Actually, I bought my favorite Larimar ring from a guy on eBay.  First I bought the unset stone, then I learned he was a silversmith so I got him to make a ring.  He did a nice job, the ring is substantial and the total cost was about $100.

Here's a picture of the ring and the pendant I got in the islands.

I'm fine.  I am switching between Jewelry show and outdaughtered LOL.  I love jewelry shows and I love the show outdaughtered.  Have a nice evening Kachina.

I am not a fan of Gems en vogue to me his pieces are gaudy looking.  The TTV is very disappointing.  I also have some pieces from the islands which are just unique and beautiful.  His larimar looks so washed out and the gold around it cheapens it IMO.

I agree with the statement that that gold of his is annoying, it is very into your face, takes away from his stones.

And btw, I do not know if it happened to anyone, some of my pieces experienced tarnishing of gold parts, even though I keep them in Wolfs boxes. Not all, but some.

And I agree that Larimar has to be set in more lighter and simpler setting.
