From a collector's point of view, how wonderful it would be to have a book like you are all wishing for. Then, when I'm gone, my kids would know about the jewelry, and it's history.

I just listened to Philip's last JBK show on Saturday and I think you could safely bet money on him coming back on air fairly soon with a Grace Kelly collection.

Re: Kennedy Collection - Did I misunderstand Sandra?

I just ordered the Royal Egg Bracelet for my mom and the Berry Pin for myself. I'd looked at these before and now wanted to kick myself for not getting them. I had them in my shopping cart at Camrose and Kross when I found out they would be retired but when I looked today they were sold out. I found them at another site called WBJewelry. They have a 20 day return policy. I don't think I'll be returning them even if I don't wear the pin!

I had debated over the berry pin myself but didn't get it. However, the bracelet and pin together look splendid!

I thought I'd post this to let all you ladies who love this line that the catalog of Sotheby's auction of JKO's estate is available on Amazon and is a treasure trove of pics and information about all this lovely jewelry and more. I've been looking up items that are being offered to see the originals and....WOW!!!!! If you love this jewelry you MUST have this catalog! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Silky, your post was much appreciated! I ordered a used copy from Amazon after I read your post and it just came today. Wow - it's really cool to see photos and descriptions of all the fashion and real jewelry. I am just starting to read it but am grateful you mentioned the book. I've considered through the years but Ebay prices have always been high. I picked up the used copy for around 25 and will get a lot of use out of it. Mine also came with the final auction prices.

I was astonished that the 3 strand pearl necklace was listed with a value between 300-400 but sold for over 211,000 - that's assuming I'm ready the lot price sold printout correctly. I wonder who ended up with the original?

Thanks again for the post, Silky!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I've had the Royal Egg Bracelet for 4 or 5 years and LOVE it!!! I was never much of a yellow metal person until I started watching Phillip Katz & the JBK jewelry shows. I have maybe 10 pieces and love them all!
