I ordered the JBK Burmese Wide Bangle Bracelet, Item #J262374, and just received it today. The clasp is deficient as it is almost impossible to open. I finally got it open, put it on, and then almost couldn't get it off my arm. I'm really disappointed as this jewelry is usually very good quality. I'm returning it Monday and asking for a refund. However, if you can replace the clasp so that it works properly, I'd love to have it back. I just don't want to pay $96.90 for something that I can't take on and off easily. I know the line is being discontinued and so I really did want this piece out of all the others that I ordered a week or so ago.
If someone can help me get this fixed and returned, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, just give me the full refund as requested in the return paperwork.

Posting this here won't do you any good, because this is a customer service issue. Have you called CS and asked them?
I think since this line is now discontinued, you're not going to find that QVC will repair the clasp & re send it out to you. But stranger things have happened.

I'd suggest if you really like the piece, contact Camrose & Kross at Jackiesjewelry.com. I bought it from them about a week ago and it just came in perfect condition. They are selling out of inventory but they guarantee their products and will fix it. I enjoyed the elephant wide bangle so much I picked up the Burmese and think it will be a great item.
I hope you can find a way to make the bracelet work. With items selling out on QVC, the next best spot to look is the C&K side, although they don't have much left either.
