I don't know for sure because I am no expert. I was shocked and amazed and pleasantly happy that two of the JR watches I own, I paid a lot less for on the Q!

Are timepieces different than jewelry for appreciation?

They are still inexpensive fashion watches, they aren't fine jewelry and they don't appreciate in value. Rather some of her fans are willing to over pay for them. There is a difference. And you can say Amazon; the QVC police will not come knocking at your door.

Good advice. Just because someone lists items ""high"" doesn't mean they actually sell high. Nor does it make a lot of difference if uninformed buyers purchase a few at unusually high prices.

The seller does not indicate these watches were JR's QVC line. He/she probably thinks some naive shopper will think the watches are from her store line.
