I feel the same.

I like to buy the Jai jewelry but have learned never to buy any of it at full price.

I got my fingers burned with the croco collection early on, took note, and since then the clearance cycle seems to have speeded up.

Perhaps it's my misperception but it does appear to me that you don't have to wait long at all now to get it on clearance.

As mentioned, the Taj collection and also I think the peacock collection - was it about six months before it was at half price or greater reduction?

Only buy something full price if you really can't pass it up and are worried it will sell out never to return but steel yourself for likely price cuts later.

You need to learn to wait so you can save some money.  It hurts when you purchase something and then see it on sale shortly after.  If you wait and a piece is not available in your size, then it was not meant to be.  You can imagine what these pieces really cost and the markup on them.

It is irritating!  QVC is trying to unload their jewelry and clothing faster.  Mike George said during the last quarterly report that clothing and jewelry had slowed down.

I don't buy ANYTHING on QVC anymore until it goes on clearance.  Sure, I miss some things I would like to have had but they weren't things that were that important.  I mean, nothing bad is going to happen if I don't get that ring or t-shirt!!!

And when I say clearance, I mean CLEARANCE.  None of this 10% off stuff.  I look for the DEEP discounts. I figure I was meant to have it at that point!!!

What happen to the jewelry show@7:00 am this morning? Scott announced at 3:00 am this morning he would be on 7:00 a.m. Bixby and Jai are the only jewelry shows I watch.
