I wear studs mostly but throw on some hoops too. Won't wear dangles much altho I have a few that I  love; but the shoulder dusters are not for me and I find they don't look that great on anyone. I get distracted by the movement. Or anything shiny----haha

I prefer studs and small hoop earrings.   I feel naked without earrings.

I really don't like dangly earrings at all. I wear either studs,button style or lever back. Actually, I like lever backs best.

My grandmother pierced my ears when I was an infant , as she had my Mom's. It was great not to have to go thru the trauma of deciding to get them done.I still have my tiny little 24k gold garnet  earrings she used to keep them open. 

I've never had any difficulty with mine. They never close up if I don't wear earrings for a long time - they've never gotten infected or broken out from cheap metels etc.

90% of the time I wear a pair of Moissanite studs set in 14K yellow gold. They're so easy to put in and just forget about them. I also wear and like hoops and smallish dangly styles. Always in yellow gold. No white metals.

I usually wear hoops.  Medium or smaller size in white gold. Sometimes I change to yellow or rose gold.  I also wear dangle earrings occasionally.  I like lever backs.  I have studs but I don't wear them as much.  I have medium length hair and they don't show up as much.
