She did talk a lot about her poetry writing and how she includes them in her boxes.  I should have realized that's what she was basically selling.

I know many of you love her and I always liked her when she was a host, esp doing jewelry.  BUT, how can she sell a piece and go on and on and on about the quality and lifetime guarantee.  I am sure this bracelet was never even looked at, esp by Lisa.  If I put my name on something I would have at least given it a once over or worn it for a week or two to make sure that it was wearable and there were no issues.  There are 17 one-star reviews all with the same issue -- the clasp AND missing stones.

It's very aggravating and and disappointing to say the least.  I certainly didn't expect it from her.

@rms1954   Jewelry in general has a mock up piece, a first run trial sample. If Lisa saw that one, wore it, no issues with clasp, etc. and does have the clout to give it the "go ahead", the other bracelets and faults with it are up to Q's inspectors. We all know they're not all great at their job.

I put this quality control issue with this bracelet on QVC, not Lisa Mason.  It is obvious they contracted it.  They used to run a video on their quality control lab.  This was pre 2000, and obviously that lab is no longer around.

Never a Lisa fan.......too sweetie - too gooey - too fake.  Some people you feel comfortable with their words - others.........?

I thought I was the only one who felt that way.

A long time ago, I heard that behind the scenes she wasn't quite the sweet angel she came across like.

Lisa has been through a lot and seems to be coming out better. That's better than bitter.  Of course she is not perfect but to be as much loved as I know she is....she must be doing something right. I really hope, with all my heart, she doesn't read  some of these comments. I don't consider myself overly emotional but this even hurt me to read it.  I'm hoping with all my heart that the mods see this. If you don't like the jewelry that's fine but to shed a bad light on a person's  character (that you don't even know) is just hitting below the belt.

Re: Diamonique by Lisa Mason is Disappointing

I've been a fan of Lisa Mason since her first days on QVC. I remember her telling the story of how she met her late handsome husband and seeing the both of them on some of the holiday shows. Loving couple. Her sense of humor was great, too.

She was a news reporter before coming to QVC so she has some backbone. She is working through grief and iit takes a unique path for everyone. I'm glad to see her at the Q again.
