Question for you who own the cuff in small or average. Could you, possibly, as a very kind favor, measure the inner diameter from inner end to inner end? Is it 2.5" for either the small or the average? Thanks. I just want to be sure I ordered the right size.

I have the small and it's approximately 5.5".

Thanks. I guess I may get by with the small size after all. I will have to see.

I just realized I gave you the inner circumference. (end to end)

My wrist measures a bit over 6" but I have a strange bump because it was broken. There is more than enough room in the small.

Could you measure the length inside diameter? Pretty please with sugar on top? Thanks in advance. I am very curious as I may have to order the average cuff, too. And, if I love one of the other colors upon presentation, I would like to order only one in the right size. Thank you!!!

I think I gave you the measurement you want. I measured the inner distance from ene to end, using a ribbon.

I think it's the terminology that is confusing. I was a math teacher so I take diameter to mean the distance across the the center (of a circle) as opposed to circumference which is the distance around. Since you mentioned end to end, diameter would not come into play.

I think she mistyped and meant 'inner edge to inner edge'. I'd be interested in that diameter too if anyone can measure it.

I'm worried 5.5" for the inner circumference is going to be quite large for a small wrist as the gap between the finials is quite wide.

I know is that my wrist will fit a 2.5" across bangle, but no less, so if the width is less than 2.5" across in the small cuff, it will be too small for me. This cuff is open at the top, so as my wrist is 6.5" around, it may not actually fit into the small size, if the cuff only goes to 5.5" in diameter with only one inch or less of space between the open ends on the top. I guess I need an average in that case.

I thank you for your help.

I just received the lapis cuff and enhancer - gorgeous! My wrist measures 6 1/4 inches (I normally like a 7 1/4 inch bracelet) and I got the small because I prefer a close fit on a bangle. The small works for me - it's close with a little space.

I agree with the poster who says the lapis looks like sapphires - there are tiny gold flecks but the quartz doublet is so substantial and faceted that it makes the doublet sparkle. The weight of both pieces is incredible - it's been a while since I purchased a piece this weighty. The enhancer has scroll work even on the back, and is also a nice weight. The lapis in both pieces matches perfectly.

I think I am going to get a second - I'm learning toward the mother of pearl.

At the widest part from side to side, the small is about 2.5". The small in this bracelet is fairly large.

I am probably smack in between sizes. I will have to order both sizes to see if I feel more comfortable in the small or average. The 2.5" is a bare minimum for me, so I am likely on the cusp, and may prefer the average.

Thanks for your feedback, Muttmom.

Would people please stop saying how great the lapis is?!

I've made my choice.
