Amen to this.....so refreshing to see MB.....

Yes, I am watching. I love QVC gold shows. They blow the other networks out with their gold offerings and prices. I used to enjoy gold shows on the other networks too but they are now almost nonexisten and very slim pickings. I also attend the internationl gem/jewelry shows in Houston and the gold offerings there have taken a hit as well in terms of weight, etc. and no easy pay lol. In fact, some of my favorite vendors at those shows are out of business or even selling fashion jewelry now. IMO, Q does a good/great job in the current gold market and hope they can continue. So, yes, I am enjoying this Gold Rush and have seen several items that I would love to have.

She looks great and it is pleasure to not hear about the absolutely, absolutely, amazing, amazing, stunning, stunning merch.
Oh, and Mary Beth does not look like a sweet potato.
I agree and really enjoy seeing MBR, more down to earth and I for one will watch more. I love her new hair style.
I also enjoyed (long ago) when Jeff H use to do the gold rush shoes all dressed in a tux, very nice, very relaxed show and he really explained everything. I bought my first gold item from him, an 18 inch bismark necklace which he said was like crocheted gold and did look exactly like that when I got it, love it and is a favorite. I bought my first diamonique from Kathy L, oh the good old days huh.

Oh, yes, I too remember the days of MB's trips to Italy. She opened the gold shows and as she said 'pulled up the anchor' (closed them) too.
She never seems blasé about items, and does love gold.
I did not see much that interested me except for the 18k wheat chain. I love 18k and caved for this new pendant chain.
Good to see you MB!

No
don't need any more gold and if I did I want to see it before I buy.
However, nice to see them return to a full day (is it a full day?)

I would def rather see this jewelry as opposed to the usual info-mercial products that are usually on most of the day.....................i did check the preview...prices are up there.....but i think the thing that drives me nuts is the variety....for the past year or so with the gold presentations so rare the main products they present are it seems Byzantine Byzantine Byzantine ........they must have gotten some deal from a manufacturer because it seems to be alot of Byzantine rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. There isn't much variety in gold style. I bought a couple Byzantine rings a few years back from QVC and twice the looping broke and i wasn't rough on the jewelry...........maybe they have a better manufacturer now but i really don't want to invest in that style again......

I remember when Mary Beth and sometmes Rick would kick off GR and when MBR would close. I also remember when MBR used to host a jewelry show every Wednesday night and a four-hour show once a month. Pat used to do 18K. It was much nicer when there was a variety of hosts doing all the special gold shows. That way you weren't stuck with the same person over and over and over and over. Well you get the idea.

I'm always surprised when QVC chooses a jewelry TSV which is so expensive. I think the TSV should be something that many people could buy.
