Always look forward to this day and try to stay for the whole day. This year, I had to turn it off in the evening as they spent most of the evening talking about the TSV. Really, present it but stop pushing it down our throat. Maybe they didn't have enough jewelry to finish the show, I don't know. This should be mainly silver like silver style not designers. When Jane Treacy came on, it was worst. She was out of control with the Jai designer and others. I thought she was loud and crazy and couldn't watch any longer. Didn't want to miss something good, but couldn't take her any longer. Anyway, just had to write. She and Jai spoiled it for me.

This post has been removed by QVC because it is unkind to our host

I always enjoy QVC jewelry show days and check the program guide to see the different topics and hosts.

That way I can manage my personal viewing schedule and select my favorites.

Different hosts present in different ways and those various perspectives help me think more about an item.

The repetition time spent on TSVs also allows me to go online and check out all the new arrivals.

Guess, what --  I live near TWO QVC outlets (used to be three--fantastic sale prices) and I still shop from the television and online.

For the past several decades, QVC has helped fill my jewelry box!

She ruins everything for me, always too loud and overbearing.Always going to the shows or opera, I have never been to either, and I would venture to say, most QVC woman haven;t either. I just don't watch when she's on.

Thank you. Sometimes you think it it just you, but she was totally overbearing and so was the Jai designer. It was digusting the way they brought it on all the time and I wanted to see some really pretty silver as we don't have silver very often anymore.

QVC. Why can't we have Silver Style shows like we used to? It was the prettiest and most durable jewelry. It would be so nice to see that again.

I think they brought in more TSV bracelets than they needed, and that's why it was on so often and they were pushing it so hard.

I no longer watch QVC but take a peek if I'm watching TV & flipping channels.

Literally all day long, every time I flipped to QVC, it was the TSV.

My perception but it seems all they sell is designer, or cheap stuff.

So sad, I always used to watch Jane every Sunday morning.   I bought some nice things I still wear to this day.

Dear HLP,

I have no idea why going to the opera or shows has any impact on selling or buying jewelry, or why that should be a negative.

Opera is a famous historical art form and I have attended many times, and I am a QVC shopper! I also love ballet (and I know Jane is a former dancer), as well as many other forms of artistic expression.

Many women enjoy going to shows, especially Broadway, which is why it endures for decades.

And yes, it is fun to dress up and wear nice jewelry on special evenings out.

Jane appears to enjoy her social life and I am happy for her.
